This week for Time4Coffee, we hosted two beautiful coffee mornings with 16 guests and 4 incredible volunteers. ☕🤍
We also prepared and gifted 2 care packages to expecting mothers as part of our Gift2Mums project🤱✨
These packages include essential items such as deodorant, baby changing bags, nappies, Sudocrem, baby wipes & much more! 💝

As part of our outreach, we visited a local hotel to connect with more people in need of support and community and a much loved bracelet crafting session over delicious coffee, tea and sweet treats! 💞

This week 40 women in Wakiso Uganda have officially begun our Tailoring Course 🧵✨

These women include widows single mothers and those facing hardship in their communities. They are joining a three month training programme taught by professional instructors to help them build sustainable skills and long term independence 🧶

Throughout the course they receive practical and theoretical training and at the end they sit a nationally recognised exam accredited by the Uganda Ministry of Education. Successful graduates earn a certificate that strengthens their employment opportunities and supports their families’ wellbeing ✂️

We also fund these women to begin producing Cycle Safe our reusable sanitary pad initiative which gives them an income stream and the chance to uplift their communities 💛

A new chapter begins for these 40 women and we are honoured to support their journey 🥰
