And that marks 1/3 complete for our 2026 UK Iftars. Thank you London, you were incredible. Over 250 people came together to show their support for our charity initiatives to celebrate an amazing year gone by and to set the intention for the year ahead. 🌙✨

This year we were fundraising for scholarships in Pakistan, supporting talented and bright individuals from struggling communities who would not otherwise have access to education. 🎓🇵🇰

We had a beautiful evening filled with speeches, Qur’an recitation, performances, a live auction and some truly emotive videos. We are so grateful to share that we raised around £80,000. 🤲🏽💛

The night was full of delicious food and precious moments for our volunteers and community to reconnect and for new faces to meet and build bonds. 🥘🤍

We cannot wait to see you all in Manchester next weekend and in Birmingham the weekend after for our next annual Iftar. 🌟🏙️

This blessed month of fasting is a time to reflect, to soften our hearts, to show gratitude and to grow in empathy for the millions around the world who do not have the certainty of an end to their fast.

As we sit down to break our fast each evening, imagine if there was no meal waiting. No date. No water. No guarantee for tomorrow. Remember how fortunate we are.

Alhamdulillah, this Ramadan we will be supporting families across Yemen, Greece, Pakistan, Tanzania, Uganda, Kenya and beyond, providing food and essential aid to those who need it most.

And closer to home, we will continue distributing meals to our friends on the streets of London too.

May this month purify our intentions, increase our gratitude and move us to action. 🌙✨
