Whistleblowing & Complaints

At Time to Help (UK), we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and accountability in all our operations. We believe that transparency and openness are vital to our mission of providing support and assistance to those in need. To ensure these values are upheld, we have established a whistleblowing policy that allows volunteers, employees, and members of the public to report any concerns or suspicions of wrongdoing within our organisation.

What to Report

You can use this form to report any activities or behaviours that you believe to be illegal, unethical, or in violation of our organisational policies. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Fraud, corruption, or theft
  • Harassment or discrimination
  • Health and safety violations
  • Misuse of organisational resources
  • Breaches of confidentiality
  • Any other activities that may harm our organisation or the communities we serve

Confidentiality and Anonymity

We understand the importance of confidentiality in whistleblowing cases. You have the option to submit your report anonymously, although providing your contact details will enable us to follow up and gather further information if needed. Rest assured, all reports will be handled with the utmost discretion and your identity will be protected to the fullest extent possible.

How to Submit a Report

Please fill out the form below with as much detail as possible. Be specific about the nature of the wrongdoing, the individuals involved, and any relevant dates or locations. The more information you provide, the better equipped we will be to investigate and address the issue.
