Across Sub-Saharan Africa, millions of girls struggle to manage their periods safely.
Through our Cycle Safe Project, Time to Help UK is working to change that.

We distribute menstrual health pads across Tanzania, Kenya and Uganda, ensuring girls have the essential products they need, month after month.

Thanks to our Tailoring Course in Uganda, we also launched our own brand of reusable sanitary pads, created by women who trained and graduated through the programme. These pads are sustainable, affordable, long-lasting, and empower women with meaningful income.

We’re building a future where no girl has to miss school because of her period.

Homelessness in London continues to rise, and with it comes something many people don’t see: hunger.

When you’re sleeping on the streets, you don’t have a kitchen. You don’t have food storage. You don’t have regular income.
For thousands of people across our city, finding a meal is a daily struggle.

At Time to Help UK, we work alongside our incredible partners Children of Adam in Holborn to reach some of London’s most vulnerable people. Thanks to new funding, we are now able to provide hot meals every two weeks directly on the streets of Holborn, offering warmth and sustenance to those facing hunger.

On Thursday night we hosted our very own FUNraiser, a comedy night in support of all our UK projects, from homelessness support to refugee work, plus our clean-water initiatives across Sub-Saharan Africa and beyond!

Nearly 200 amazing people joined us at Conway Hall to laugh the night away with our brilliant comedians Sezar, Victor, Aaisha, Nadia and Hasan, guided by our incredible MC Salman.

We also showcased our volunteer opportunities, our new Friends of Time to Help scheme, and beautiful items crafted by our newly trained tailors in Uganda.
