In Wakiso, Uganda, our tailoring programme is supporting women as they build practical skills for income and independence.

Women are currently in training, working towards nationally recognised certificates while gaining confidence, stability, and new opportunities for themselves and their families.

After they receive their certificates, we hold a celebratory graduation to honour their commitment and everything they have worked towards. 👩🏾‍🎓

This work is about access and opportunity. It supports stronger households, helps children stay in education, and allows women to participate more actively in their communities and local economy.🤍

Clean water is something many of us don’t think twice about, but for so many communities it changes everything.

Our volunteers travelled to Tanzania and fundraised to build a water well in Morogoro, helping provide something that will impact daily life in the most real way. 🩵💧

While they were there, they also gave out bracelets handmade by our volunteers in London. A small gesture, but one that carried a lot of care from one place to another. 🫧📿

We’ve successfully completed our third month of community outreach in Newcastle where we have been distributing food every week to people experiencing homelessness in the city centre. 🥰📦🙌🏽

Yesterday our amazing volunteers came together at our office to pack hot meals kindly donated by @antalyarestaurantlondon for those experiencing homelessness across the streets of London 🤍🍲 in collaboration with @coa_soupkitchen

We also hosted a card and bracelet making workshop 🎨💌 where volunteers created personalised uplifting messages that we’ll be sharing on our next trip to Sub Saharan Africa 🌍✈️
