Testimonials
First and foremost, I have a stronger desire to want to help people in need continuously and spread the message wider. Also, I've gained an appreciation of the challenges faced by people living in Uganda.
Knowing that the children and people that we met will have a little more ease in what we were able to provide them with is really reassuring and warms my heart; they deserve all goodness. A lot of reflection, questioning, gratitude, and feedback was invited.

My outlook on life has definitely been changed and now I just appreciate the simple things in life.
There's a lot to do, there's a lot to share, there's a lot to see.
I think that the group leaders were amazing on this trip! They facilitated meaningful conversations with the group and also made sure to check in with everyone periodically to make sure we were all okay.
It definitely adds a deeper understanding of the conditions in disadvantaged geographies.
I’ve learnt how to be more patient.
I thought they were great, I had everything I needed and was pleasantly surprised at how nice they were.
I have gained a better understanding of who I am when all other factors are left at home, a deeper appreciation for what we have, and a stronger understanding of why brotherhood is important.
It was a great and unforgettable trip, and it went well as I'd hoped. We visited spectacular spots that felt like heaven. We made new friends and did a good job as a team together. I am sure those lovely Tanzanian children will never forget us, and obviously, it was priceless. Many thanks for providing us with such an opportunity. It is not easy to organise such a trip, and I appreciate the leaders' efforts and patience to support and manage the group perfectly. I hope to be involved in other trips to different destinations soon.
I gained a deeper level of understanding, perspective, and gratitude in many forms. I was able to see first-hand what many people have to go through on a daily basis, such as extreme poverty and how that contributes to people’s decisions while in need. It was a massive eye-opener, and so many lessons have been taken from this trip for the better.
I have returned with the awareness of the immense blessings we live in and the responsibility to do even more. Thank you to everyone who contributed.
I think the team are amazing; they should be really proud of their leadership during this trip. I felt so cared for, safe and comfortable throughout the whole trip. Time to Help UK is a truly incredible organisation.
I’m glad I volunteered with you, and I will be encouraging others to volunteer with this organisation and to donate. I have seen with my own eyes the impact of donations and the work you do. Thank you.
The trip had more than enough of everything, and we had people to assist us with whatever we needed as well.
